For Room Reservations:

• Cancellations made 2 days or more before check-in date: Full refund will be provided.
• Cancellations made less than 2 days before check-in date: No refund will be provided.

For Online Reservations via Third-Party Platforms:

No-Show Policy:

• If you fail to check in on the reserved date without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued, and the full booking amount will be charged.
