• Upon successful online reservation, an instant confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during booking.
• The email will include booking details, payment receipt, and check-in/check-out instructions.

• 3. Delivery of Physical Items (if applicable)

Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time:

• Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within India. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier services.

Shipping Charges:

• Applicable shipping charges (if any) will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery Tracking:

• A tracking ID will be shared via email or SMS once the item is shipped.

• 4. Digital Items

• Digital products like e-vouchers or promotional codes will be delivered via email immediately upon successful payment

• 5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

• Delivery is available within India for physical items. International shipping is not available at this time.
